On April 29, 2007, Nextbook presented its first Festival of Ideas in New York City, What's He Doing Here? Jesus in Jewish Culture. Co-sponsored by Centro Primo Levi, the festival brought together an all-star lineup of writers, critics, filmmakers, and scholars to explore the role of Jesus in Jewish Culture from the Gospels to medieval martyr stories to the paintings of Chagall to contemporary film and television. You can now listen to all the events on your computer, iPod, or MP3 player; you can also watch video of selected events.
